What Information is Collected?
Information You Provide to Us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you enter or interact with Sites, or that you give us in any other way. The information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, the choices you make and the products and services you use. All personal information that you provide to us must be true and accurate and you should notify us of any changes to such information. You can choose not to provide certain information, but you may not be able to take advantage of our services and features.
2. Information Collected from Use of the Sites and Apps. If you use our Sites or Apps, we may also
collect the following information:
Automatic Information: When you use the Site, you disclose certain information, such as your IP address, your location, and the time of your visit. This Site, like many other websites, records this basic information about visits to our Site.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location- based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, camera, reminders, SMS messages, social media accounts, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to optout from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
3. Information collected from other sources. We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms (such as Facebook), as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information (your name, gender, birthday, email, current city, state and country, user identification numbers for your contacts, profile picture URL and any other information that you choose to make public); marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).
How and When the Information is Used?
The information we collect is used for providing you with the services or products for which you provided us with the information and for administering our ministry activities, tracking donations and other legitimate ministry purposes. We are not in the business of selling your information to third parties and only share information with vendors from whom we obtain services, or when it is necessary to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Fusion.
How We Protect Your Information?
To protect your PII, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your financial or any other personal information, the information is encrypted using industry-standard protections, including 256-bit encryption on our donation page. Our donation processing is hosted via Stripes, and our store payment processing is hosted via Stripes. Please refer to the websites of these providers for information regarding their own security protections and use of your PII.
If you choose to make a donation, then Stripes and us store your data. We store your data and PII in our database for donation record-keeping purposes.
If you choose to make a purchase, then Stripes, ourselves store your data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
When you click on links on our Site, they may direct you away from our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their individual privacy policies. If you visit a third-party website link from our Site, you do so at your own risk.
Who Has Access to the Information?
Information about our clients and users is important to us. Outside of our payment processors, your PII will also be available to third-party service providers (such as database management software providers). We use third-party software to manage and store our donor information.
We may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your communications, in order to: (a) comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process; (b) protect our rights or property or our customers, including the enforcement of our agreements or policies governing your use of the services; or (c) act on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of our employees, customers or the public. We may also disclose PII as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.
Information From Minors
The Sites are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. Fusion does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from minors. If you are under the age of 18, do not submit any information to our Sites. If we learn that we collected personal information from children under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
How You Can Access Your Information.

If you elect to provide us with PII, you have the right to tell us to have such data deleted in its entirety at any time. Please note that if you choose to delete your information completely you will no longer be able to fully utilize the products or services that we provide to you. Please note that information is never completely removed from our history and disaster recovery archives.
How Long Do We Retain Your Information?
We retain your Personally Identifiable Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you gave it or for any legal or business purpose. When your information is no longer required by us for any reason, we have procedures in place to destroy it, delete it, or convert it to anonymous form.
How Is Your Information Kept Accurate?
We endeavor to keep your Personally Identifiable Information as accurate as possible so that it can continue to provide you with the products and services you've requested. For this, we will need your assistance in maintaining the accuracy of your information. You may request a correction to your Personally Identifiable Information by emailing us.

Disclaimer Of Damages
By using the Sites, you assume all risks associated with the use of the site, including any risk to your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file that might be transmitted or activated via a Site or App or your access to it. We are not liable for any damages of any kind (general, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits) resulting from the use or misuse of the information contained in a Site or App.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Sites or Apps, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Sites or Apps.
