BKF Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator with a passion for helping people and want to help us make a difference in the lives of blended families and marriages.

Our Ministry's Mission:  BKF exists to equip, restore and transform the modern-day interpretation of the blended family relationship. We educate families with resources and practical skills through the truth of God’s word, empowering them to flourish in their kingdom identity and live life abundantly.

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator with a passion for helping people and who want to make a difference in the lives of blended families and marriages. Our Ministry serves to equip marriages, unite the family unit and ignite faith. Blended Kingdom Families recently launched its ministry in January 2020 and we are excited about where the ministry is headed this year, and beyond! We are looking to build a strong, creative and dynamic team as we work to change the modern-day interpretation of blended families and build Kingdom families!


In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

Administrative Coordinator

  • Work directly with Blended Kingdom Families founders on various administrative duties

  • Manage founder's calendars regarding Blended Kingdom Project interviews, podcast filming dates, networking calls, etc.

  • Send and respond to emails and calls professionally and efficiently

  • Persistent in reaching out, following up, and securing guests for podcast and networking purposes

  • Develop relationships with BKF podcast guests, fellow ministry leaders, etc.

  • Manage swag and other merch sent out to our community (e.g. stock supplies, orders, mail tracking)

  • Maintain relationships with all vendor accounts

  • Proficient using WordPress, DropBox, Google Docs, Excel, Zoom

  • Track ministry expenses and budget monthly

  • Coordinate and execute tasks regarding conferences (registration, communication with conference coordinator, booth set up, etc.)

  • Flexibility to assist in various tasks with other team members when needed


We are looking for individuals with….

  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Coordinator or related experience required (i.e. executive assistant)

  • Believer of Christ whose morals and values align with the mission and vision of the BKF ministry.

  • High level of professional communication skills

  • Ability to assist in building an online community with strong relationship building skills

  • Excellent team player with multitasking, communication, and time-management skills

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Visionary and autonomous in their role



  • Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Communication and/or Marketing or related experience required

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365


  • Strong organizational, keen attention to detail, analytical, written and verbal communication skills


Salary Position:

  • $40,000 - 45,000 dependent upon experience
